When you withdraw, we verify your identity using your registered email and phone number. If you've added a second factor in Account > Security, you'll confirm that too before funds leave your wallet.

Payment Data Handling

Your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS details are encrypted and never stored on our servers after a transaction clears. We log only the payment method type and confirmation number for your records.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for seven years after closure for dispute resolution and fraud prevention. You can request a copy of your personal data anytime via Account > Privacy > Export.

Account Closure

Close your account anytime in Account > Settings > Close Account. Any balance is returned to your original deposit method within five business days. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Policy Changes

We post all updates to Terms & Conditions here 30 days before they take effect. Continue playing after the date means you accept the new terms. Disagreeing? Close your account before the update date.

We investigate rule breaches. Minor infractions may trigger a warning. Serious breaches—multi-accounting, bonus abuse, payment fraud—result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds after our review. You can appeal to our support team within 14 days with evidence.

Once you've opened your account, you're bound by the current terms. If we update the terms and you disagree, you can close your account before the new date takes effect and receive any balance back to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or registered bank account.

Your funds are held in segregated accounts separate from our operating funds. If tema 4d ceases operations, your balance is transferred to the registered withdrawal method on file within 30 days. We maintain this protection under our operational licence.
